Such a special day meeting the MND police dog puppy named after me! It's all thanks to former Assistant Chief Constable of West Midlands Police Chris Johnson, who named a litter of puppies after his MND heroes, and I was honoured to be included!

Taking part in the Ice Foot Challenge... and there's nothing like plunging your feet into a bucket of ice live on GMB for 92 seconds! It was all for a good cause, raising money for MND Association.
